I’ve seen a few good ones. I’ve been using ‘Trumpettes’. I’ve also seen ‘Trumpty-Dumptys’ and ‘Trumpleforeskins.’

I'm using "Trumpettes" for the female retards..."Trumptard" for the common retard and "Trumpturd" for the extra noxious of their kind.
