Oh my irl... is spelled differently than how it's said

My name is easy to remember and easy to pronounce I just don't get why they confuse it. Those who have the same name they pronounce it correctly, like what the f**k? They call me Bryan or Rayan or Rayo (which means lightning in spanish) none of those three are not the way they suppose to be pronounced.

my dads name is schalk, and 20 years ago his coworker guy's last name was schalk but the employer couldnt pronounce my dads name, but could pronounce the dudes last name.
