Her even accepting this nomination after her own statements in the wake of Scalia's death should be disqualifying, but that doesn't matter - Lindsey's last act as a Senator will be to destroy the remaining credibility of the high court.

Destroying it because this judge isn't a liberal fruitcake? She is a decent, honest person who will adjudicate well with the other members of the Supreme Court.
