Good idea.

I have been pondering an announcement that the Constitutional Convention will not come into effect until we have a certain minimum number of signatories. I'm hoping 20 at least (enough to fill two parties of 10 once we get the government started), but the more the merrier.

In the meantime, let's focus our efforts on planning, brainstorming, and recruitment :)
