I'm using the email i log in with and it says verified on my profile, yet i can't start a stream because of this error.

This means the stream you were trying to create/update was using a required email domain, but your account's email was not on that domain. It's requiring you to prove that you actually have an active email address on the domain you're forcing other people to use.

I have been chatting with some new users. They have been creating little side sites for points. One was Point farm. I then asked how they are cheating and they told me they are using a NOM app. Not sure what that is. You all might consider only letting people create a stream after 1 million points or maybe change the delay for comments to like 10 seconds, it might stop cheating? Maybe after 200 comments the meme gets flagged for review or if a comment get more than 40 upvotes? This rarely happens.
