So we don't NEED any such ridiculousness, because it only introduces one more layer of bureaucratic control with the potential for abuse. The ACLU in a blind test would actually scream bloody murder for that sham.
I trust you'll have no problem applying with "permits" to have your looting and rioting "peaceful protests", because nobody could ever reasonably deny it to you out of predjudice, right? You'll go along with it just like you went along with those ridiculouse "free speech" zones.
The supreme law of the land is already my "permit."
