Yes, that's called braille, not morse code. And also, not all deaf people know it, in fact, very few people outside the military know it, and it's useless to deaf people, because most morse code is expressed in sounds, so there's not really a reason to learn it.

No, braille is a form of transferring information to the blind. Morse code is (in a general sense) any sequence of information taking on binary values. Having that said, Morse code could indeed be practiced by way of clicking of a pen.
