Well, there is a major difference between natural change (as the Ice Age, etc) and unnatural change (caused by human activity)

Well, I can cite the desertification of the crops in Andalusia or in North Africa, the melting of the Arctic ice cap, the wildfires in Australia or the sea level rise (sometimes causing overflows).

These phenomena have never been as present and frequent as they have been since the Industrial Revolution and the massive use of energy releasing carbon into the air. And the evidence of the increase in temperature as a function of CO2 emissions can be felt in large cities; in Paris, for example: in the Champs Elysees (with the eternal traffic jams), the temperature is 2°Celsius higher than that found in the surrounding woods.
If you believe that this climate change is due to the simple evolution of the Earth, it is not rational. It takes thousands, even millions of years to reach a new climatic era naturally. In this case, the temperature has risen by about 1°Celsius in less than two centuries, which is almost nothing on the planet's scale of life.

So an avenue in a city has such significantly higher levels of C02 that is is subject to higher temps? Are they under a dome? Does the wind not blow? Do gases not disperse?

Fluctuations in climate, both up and down, have been documented throughout history, and not being caused by civilization but rather subject to the changes, boosting some and spurring the decline of others. In this hemisphere we've witnessed that with everything from the Vikings in Greenland to the Mayans to the Anasazi - and surprise! No automobiles or coal plants involved.
