Before we have presidents, don’t we need to found a country for them to be President of?

From your previous comment, I have some ideas
1. Name of country: I liked Betterflip or Antiflip
2. Flag: See attached. Blue for calmness and responsibility, green for luck, and white for peace. (The center is the BLM fist.)
3. Bill of Rights: I think the people should come up with this together.
4. Election process: I think each party should choose two candidates, then the canidates will debate. Afterwards, a vote will be held.
6. Branches of government: Same as the US Government, at least how I'd do it.
7. Impeachment process: An impeachment can be submitted, and it will be voted over in Congress whether it should be looked into. If the majority agrees, there will be list of reasons why and why not, and the people will vote.
