By your argument both Justice Stephen Breyer and Justice Elena Kagan should have been disqualified to be Supreme Court justices as they both have not faced a jury or argues an appeal. Justice Kagan is even further disqualified by your standards and not only was she not a judge for a long time, she was never a judge before being nominated to the Supreme Court. I am so glad that we are putting religous tests on judges now, our forefathers would be so proud of what we have become. Please tell me more about how religous tests should be applied to potential Supreme Court justices.
As for the rest of your meme it is a crazy speculation as to what one judge may or not be able to do on the panel with eight other judges.
