Ah I get you, I think it's related to or rather called La Raza? The race and yes If it's them they have been at it for at least 5 years I know of. They're also Communist/socialist community organiser types who run it if I recall. So there main aim is to destabilise the established form of government and systems, attracting as many useful idiots to come along on their plots and schemes.
