The meme that was deleted above was bog-standard mudslinging: I just took your SN and did a play-on-words on top of a funny and well-known meme image of a pug. It's the ImgFlip equivalent of a nickname like "Killary" or "Pedo Joe," except far less detached from reality or hateful, and was genuinely funny although you didn't laugh I guess because you were the target.
