The Hyde amendment prohibits federal funding for abortions. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyde_Amendment

Yes, some states do provide funding for abortions, if that's what you mean by "we". Not sure what the SCOTUS can do about state issues. Any ideas?
