On a scale from 1 to 10, they're a 13 and climbing.

Stupid enough to refer to murder as birth control.

The dumb***** don't even know or admit that there is a movement to make it legal to "ABORT" children up to one year old.

The same dipsticks that are making child molestation legal.

Griswold Versus Connecticut concerns contraceptives. Judge Barrett has taken an activist stance in the past to allow companies to not provide birth control, on religious grounds. Her personal religion opposes contraception. The Supreme Court ruled in 1965 that such actions violate the privacy of marriage. Her past activisim is an indicator of her future actions to limit the freedom of individuals to decide not to have children and to use health care methods in the process. Using her standard, if my religion objects to circumcision, I can refuse to have the healthcare I provide my employees to pay for it.

Duh, no company should have to provide birth control to its employees unless they do it willingly.

No person can be compelled to violate their beliefs, that is in the same Amendment that protects your speech from the government.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;

So if you enjoy your right to redress your grievances, why not allow people of conscience to not violate theirs.

The company does not supply the pills. They supply insurance. Then, they single out specific individuals to tell them how they cannot use it. Both sides have First Amendment rights concerning religion. The government has chosen one side's religious freedom over the other's. That is what the original settlers came to America to escape. Republicans believe in freedom. They just don't believe everyone should have it equally.

That is Total BS.

If I am mandated to pay a higher premium in order to provide a specific service that I am conscientiously opposed to because of my Religious Beliefs, then that is unConstitutional.

If it is OK with you to lose your right to peaceably assemble then I guess you are posting consistently.

Otherwise you are a liberal hypocrite.

The aca trebled my insurance premiums to the point where my employer had to drop the coverage.
I made too much to get it free like the lazy liberal takers, so no insurance.
