Yeah, NewTemplates a similar (arguably same exact) concept as My_Custom_Templates, but having two similar streams doesn't harm anybody. I don't think it's against TOS.

Didn't realize that was your stream man, I post a lot to NewTemplates but Im not trying to compete with you or anything. I still submit to My_Custom_Templates when I do something that I think is suitable for that stream.

After I posted that reply, I realized that I can't report streams nor users. If I could report users, it'd be easy because Isaac_Laugh foolishly said in the description that he created the stream. I wasn't sure if you were trying to compete with me, but Isaac had to know better because of how much bigger my stream is.

The anti-bullying streams shouldn't be all split like that, either, unless they're all supposed to be small, which doesn't work as well for custom templates because bigger, more unified streams prioritize quality.

The only way I can see this stream being different is by asking for certain types of templates, which still wouldn't work well because the use of a template can have nothing to do with what the template is themed around. For example, if I use a Star-Trek-themed template in a comment in the Politics stream. My point is that the templates themselves, unlike meme images, can't be divided into genres. The only way that an intended use that can be different is if a template is used to show that you've upvoted.

Or you could always make a meme for imgflip stream and the mods will find it.

However, I can already tell you what their answer's gonna probably be. As long as a stream is contributing positively to the community it's highly doubtful it's gonna be deleted, in my opinion.

There was a movement to consolidate all the positivity streams into Peace_On_ImgFlip, and I think it had some success, but I still see new anti-bullying streams pop up every now and then.

Let a thousand streams bloom seems to be the approach.

No, I notice that whenever I'm not on the stream for a while, it sees a decrease in submission quality, and I'm afraid that if I let anyone else own the stream, then the stream is gonna change into something different to what I intended it to be. Because of how templates work on ImgFlip, and because making them takes some editing skills, I need to enforce some strict rules of which even most of the mods aren't fully aware. But hey, since you seem to care about the stream, I think I'll make you a mod if you aren't already.
