Well, since I am not a psychiatrist, I cannot use tools to help as one would (nor I am even in person), but I can recommend programs.
I can also give advice, but listen to those who have studied this for 20 years.
One good clinic is: www.meierclinics.com
For my advice? Well, for one, knowing that this life is not even life. Heaven is described in the Bible as the best of God's imagination (so what we can imagine how Heaven is like, then to the best of God's imagination). By that standard, we aren't even living yet. Lately, I have been feeling depressed, but then I remember that, as long as I am walking with God, this very short pain will benefit. This life is worthless compared to what we have waiting. That is why taking up the cross doesn't seem so bad to me anymore, because I will be able to experience everything that I have missed in this life, but to a greater extremity in Heaven.
I'll think to myself: "Oh, I really wanted to be able to become a professional climber, but I won't now."-Oh yes I will, I will get to climb the highest and most beautiful climbs ever, and not care about falling.
I am not saying that following Jesus is leaving everything behind (necessarily). That may be what he wants you to do, which is why it is very important to be able to hear his voice. He may tell you that you do need to leave everything behind, or he may not.
Can't hear from him? Well, there are many ways to have the ability to. Of course, God is God, so you can't command him to speak. But if you aren't able to hear him anyway, it won't matter.
Here are some great day by day books to have about this, which will answer your questions:

You may be thinking: "I don't want to read books! I need answers!" Well, you do, so ask them. Ask them and read, so you learn from the books (which are not boring) and learn from pastors and other well credited Christians.
