Nice copy and paste, but that was not what I asked for. You see, nearly every word in the description is subjective, and those which aren't applicable. "Incorrect" is depending on where you stand as so is "in error". "against the law" is not applicable here since there are no laws about the clothes a man should wear, only that you may not go naked in public (in which "naked" only appears to mean whether or not your genitals can be seen, and that is not the case above). So fact remains that "wrong" is not properly described in the context of this meme.
