hey guys, i know this might seem late or insignificant, but there are roundabouts against network blocking. I've used a Tor browser or a VPN in my country, and they allow me to visit blocked sites.
Where i'm from, the government knows virtually nothing about the internet, so they block everything, including livestreaming. I can still access them if I use the right tools such as 1.1.1.1 Warp DNS for mobile(it's free) and proxy sites. For context on how easy it is to bypass this, our country has blocked reddit, yet the subreddit community for our country has 2 Million members (Lmao). There are plenty of roundabouts around IP blocking, and the ISPs don't really care about your behaviour online.
If someone reads this, I hope you can reach out to her and inform her of this. Everyone should have their rights on the internet to free speech, and we'll find a way around it.
