Donald getting an Ellis Island medal was not in dispute. I agreed that he got the medal.

I simply asked what did he (allegedly) DO to help race relations.

So you quoted the section of the Snopes article that is 100% editorial comment. He received an award and without ANY evidence, they question his motives. Well I questions theirs on that sentence. But good on you for going to the source I quoted.

I don't specifically know what he did, but the fact remains, in spite of your wanting it to be the contrary, he received public recognition for it.

You make an issue out of Trump getting the award and insist on calling it something else, which it's not. When presented with the truth, you deflect and now talk about Biden. Just take the "L" and admit you were wrong if you have any integrity (but we both know the answer to that last statement don't we?)

The OP this conversation was based on claimed the Ellis Island award was given to trump "for contributing to inner city black youths" and tried to portray Trump as some kind of race relations activist with literally nothing to back it up. Frush sarcastically said meme was "fake news" and I basically said that is actually correct.. it is fake news. And then you limped in right at the end of my conversation with them.

You even flat out admitted to not knowing what he did to get the award... Meanwhile the spokesman for the Ellis Island Honor Society literally said why he got the award... And it had nothing to do with race relations.
