Note Trump was intensively using Air Force One for campaign events even in 2019 -- long before official 2020 election season got underway.
This year his rallies have been largely throttled by the pandemic of course, but there is no doubt he would have milked Air Force One for all it is worth this year if he could have, just like he milked the White House itself for his own political benefit at the RNC.
