I like the Russian tanks so I didn't see the Russian bias until now.

Sometimes it is Russian bias. Now after IXWA Strike update, it is mostly cheaters. I have all German vehicles and almost all Soviet vehicles and I can assure you that, with few exceptions, there are no OP tanks. Almost always cheaters or guys with better ping.
