In case anyone is wondering how to detect a doctored photo. Just take a look at the picture I've posted below of this memes upper picture.
When any words or objects have been altered you invaribly will have a secondary outline visible which matches the altered item and you will also generally have a slightly different shade/contrast/tint as well as the brightness of the images usually differs.
This effect can be most easily be seen by zooming into the particular area of possible doctoring.
So enlarge that area as much as possible and then follow the tell tale signs I have mentioned in the first paragraph. This should help you to determine whether something is for real or not. Their are many other characteristics which I can point to but the points above will show you the way 99% of the time.

In the zoomed in picture look first for the outline of the T in trump then glove and the difference on lip.

I put it up for general reference for anyone who might not be aware of the signs of digital manipulation. It's only good advice when applied to the levels of skill we see on here, professional work would have the correct DPI on the attached photo and this reduces the chance of being detected but still you can have the outline appear because of the software used.
As to the tatoo artist being real it's possiblly the case that he's for real. On looking again at the second photo I just noticed how the outlining is even stronger than first photo without zooming even.
