1. Tails is a weak character even tho he knows how to fight. 2. Tails almost always is a bystander and doesn't fight except to assist sonic and his friends. 3. Finding a moveset for him will take a while to make sure to his lack of fighting in games. 4. He is not as strong as sonic to be able to win a fight. 5. IF he was in the game players must find a way to use Tails which depends on the moveset he has.
