Trump said if you mail in your vote, and go to the polls on election day and check if your name on the ballot registration shows that you haven't voted, then you should vote again to ensure your vote gets counted.
If you mail in a ballot, the election board should indicate on the ballot registration that you have already voted.
This is very simple to understand...providing you aren't a total simpleton.
