Logarithmic charts are used specifically because when countries like ours, India, and Brazil so catastrophically botch their responses, all the nations on the bottom part of the graph just get crushed into a flat line relatively.

It's like how the incomes of 99% of Americans would appear as zero if we tried plotting them on a linear graph with billionaires included.

I’m not calling out this site. They are providing basic analysis. But for the common person, log graphs give the impression of a continuing epidemic. The media has continually massaged stats to make things look worse than they are.

By the way, I have >10 semesters of advanced math, degrees in engineering and physics. So take your arrogance and shove it up your ass with your head. My left nut knows more about log graphs than you.

That's because it -IS- a continuing epidemic - we may be 40% off our new case high, but we're still seeing 40,000 new cases every day, and that's positively horrific.

I frankly couldn't care less what you claim your education level to be - either you're lying about knowing what log charts are, or you're lying to the idiots here who would believe the two graphs show anything but the same dataset.
