Think of the Consequences? Not President Pandemic.

I was a Federal Employee for 30-years, rising to the level of Regional Director of my organization. The Federal Government has no laws, rules, or regulations governing its employees' personal beliefs, only their on the job acts. An employee is not forbidden from racist, sexist, homophobic, or other such beliefs or intolerant philosophies. They are not barred from belonging to groups that hold such beliefs, so long as they do not express these in the workplace and they do not govern their official behavior or acts involving employees or other stakeholders. Early in my career, I proved that a specific employee was using her position of power to discriminate against me and another White-Male employee. Corrective action was taken. The door swings both ways. Federal employees and active-duty personnel come from the general population and reflect all of the good and bad that are found there. As much as it can, it rewards the good and punishes the bad behavior of its employees.

Translation: Incredibly racist liberals earning an excellent living on the taxpayers' dime telling White people holding down government jobs that they are evil BECAUSE they are White . . . are now going to have to get real jobs and perform real work for a living . . . and then be judged by how well they actualy do real work instead of push liberal political propaganda. The trauma!

Real Translation--When a person is found to have violated regulations and laws against racism and other forms of illegal discrimination, they will no longer have the option of learning what they did wrong, in order to avoid punishment. Those sensitivity training sessions are often on video recordings, or as one small part of a larger job. So, the "liberals earning an excellent living," will still have their jobs. But, the racists, sexists, religious bigots, and other "very fine people," will be fired or discharged, as the case may be. Have a nice day.

Real translation. Just because you work for the government while being White you are no longer automatically the guilty one if there is a racial contretemps. The Left has got to go back to using irrefutable proof rather than just point at the melanin count ratio. Enjoy.

The laws that define what is illegal behavior in the workplace have not been changed by President Pandemic's decree.The Federal Regulations governing racism, sexism, religious intolerance, etc in the Federal Workplace have not changed. The procedures, which include protections for the accused, have not changed. What has changed is that a person found to have violated rules against such behavior and acts, and has exhausted all of their appeals, no longer has sensitivity training as an alternative to punishment. So, your imaginary "Innocent, but accused White Man," will no longer have this option to avoid punishment, including firing or discharge. Real Translation: President Pandemic just screwed the people you, and he, thought he was protecting.
