It depends. The law of Moses said “eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth” but that is no longer in force due to a higher law (Jesus Christ). It is not valid to kill anyone unless by war or by the law sentencing someone to death for murder of another. Before the law of Moses was ever implemented, God told Noah in the KJV of Genesis 9:6 “Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.” This was given before the law of Moses so it is still in force.
