Anyone who thinks all of this garbage just randomly started in 2020 for no reason is a fool.
Anyone with 1 good eye and more than 2 brain cells to rub together can see that all of this is simply liberals trying to make life miserable in America and then deflecting the blame (with the help of the media) to Trump for the purpose of getting him out of office. (In their desperation, however, they may have gone to far, and it could be starting to backfire.)
Either way, once the election is over (whoever wins), all of this will disappear as quickly as it appeared.
