Low point was changing my bike tire. I was picking from a pile of scrap tires, and the only way I could know if they would work or not was by fully installing them and riding the bike, which meant it took over and hour.
High point was listening to Stardust We Are by The Flower Kings. Great song, great album.
One way people say you can increase your happiness is to be grateful for something every day, but just now I noticed that the opposite strategy seems to work, too. Trying to think of the worst thing that happened to me today kind of solidified for me how little I have to put up with. My life is freakin' sweet.
