It's actually really simple, find the text you want to change, right lick and use inspect, then on the box on the right, double-click on the string of text you want to change, delete, and write in it whatever you want

Yeah It's Fun and good for some memes when you need to change stuff.
Though for some reason if you're an actual hacker you can get the inspect tool to think you're the actual developer of the website and you can do whatever you want with the code.
