You seem to be defending by deflecting, it happened july 1st, but he got his as whooped afterwards so all good.

Say all you want, there is a video of him being beat in the head with a skateboard. Using deadly force was met with deadly force. So he got shot. Dude chased him with a pistol. Again, deadly force. So he got shot. And the other dude kept trying to kill the kid too. I forget what he was doing at this point because the whole argument is moot since its clear as day he was defending himself. The most he will get is weapon felony charges. If you honestly think he'll plea down a murder 1 charge, then you need to remove your head from your ass and come back to the real world with the rest of us.
