No. The Nazis were pro-eugenics. Abortion was encouraged and sometimes mandatory for racial minorities but for blonde Ayran women it was heavily suppressed - they wanted those purebred German babies. The Nazis didn't see abortion as an issue to be consistent with, for them it was a tool to use on things they considered to be more important.
