I think the first time I noticed it was Rodney King in the early 90's. 30 seconds of horrible video and WEEKS later we see that he was tazed repeatedly and still throwing the cops around. The cops definitely went too far but it made more sense once we saw the whole video. How does the 1% rule the 99%???...Divide and conquer.
