Because it really isn't that bad it's just that I think everyone is judging me and doesn't care at the same time

that's a fun combo. I think I got mine cause I used to be very confident and think that I was cool everyone thought I was cool, then I convinced myself that no one did and they all thought I was weird and that everyone hates me, which hence made my anxiety. But I think I also had I all along tho, just it was not nearly as bad.
