1. Oh no, of COURSE not!! Not the entire world, "only" those who can travel through 7 or 8 safe countries. And then demand to be reunited with their extended families, at the host country's expense.
2. Yes. Once you have traveled through ONE safe country, you are no longer a refugee. You are a migrant.
3. They sure as hell aren't fixing anything by moving to another country.
4. Their culture created the hellhole they fled. The same country won't magically create a utopia in the country they chose as their new home. And when you've heard enough complaints that your country isn't like Gaza or Libya, you start asking why they fled to such a xenophobic hellhole when it isn't like home.

Oh, and ...

5. Once here they form criminal gangs centered around family clans and sell drugs and "protection" to both the natives and those immigrants who are making an effort to fit in.
6. They bring along what can best be described as a "rape culture" (not as in "telling off-color jokes" or "not being aware of their privilege" but as in "actually committing rape").
7. They also form "religious" groups that commit, or plan to commit, acts of terrorism for crimes real or - usually - imagined.

Not to mention the U.N convention on refugees states that the next safe country is the country they should seek asylum. Why is this not bought out and used to return them to where they came from or that country of which was /is deemed a safe country.
This is why no country should be party to anything the U.N has in mind as it only results in the weakening of your nation by legalised means which they sign on for.
They have never achieved anything they were supposedly set out to do.
