Please don't throw me out the boardroom window, but I don't think that's a great idea. If you upvote every meme you see, then there's no way to actually show support for the best memes that you actually like. You also contribute to upvote inflation, where upvotes become less valuable because there are so many, and you can only submit one upvote per meme.
