Mudslinging is not limited to calling them nasty names, but implication. You're questioning Del's competence by claiming that she hasn't explained just how she'll sove problems.
Now, arguably, it is fair to question their ability to solve problems, but here, you seemed to be gaslighting. What it means to Gaslight is to make a claim that is contrary to what they see, and repeat it causing initial confusion until you've convinced them.
I haven;t seen you repleating the claim yet, but your exerpt clealy is the opposite of your claim. She did tell her audience exactly what she'll do, from how she'll with trolls, how to care for those having the strong desire to commit suicide, and a way to handle cyberbullies.
Now you've mentioned Spamming. You're correct, but such lack can easily be excused for forgetting.
That happens sometimes, so it's not quite the same as "Yeah right, Del hasn't explain how she will accomplish things", is it?
That is, "...things" in plural form, suggesting that she hasn't explained at all all, how she'll solve problems.
