I would say if the girl was of legal age and, she wasn't already implicated as a victim of Andrew and other high profile Epstein clients then yes, the massage would have been pretty innocent. You want to assume Bill is innocent - even with documented flights on Lolita and all the mounting evidence the Clinton Foundation procured children for sex trafficking.
