They have to. Obama made it mandatory that black kids aren't allowed to get into trouble more than white kids, even though the black kids cause more problems in class. The only way to ever punish the problem blacks is to look for any excuse to punish the white kids.

I hate when that happens... There was this one kid in our class who got us in trouble in science class, and our teacher literally wrote us all up.
