They're both a threat because they want to downplay democracy for their own people. If they can show the world's leading and most powerfull nation is being crippled by democracy instead of it strengthening our nation, then they will win.

Actually I agree with you. World is a big game of king of the hill, everyone wants to knock you off the top. They both benefit from our internal division and they both openly encourage it and promote it. It’s easier to fool your enemy if you distract them first.
