Ha! Yes, I could have, but I'm not commenting on myself. Rather, the media and pundits and everyone who calls women of Harris's stature by their first name, like they did with Hillary and Sarah, instead of respectfully using their last names like they do with her male counterparts.

It's not about their sex, its about what name most identifies them. They call Bernie Sanders "Bernie" for the same reason, it's unique. Donald, Joe, or Mike are too generic sounding. With Hillary Clinton there was already a Clinton, and Sarah Palin was always referred to as Sarah Palin, either of her manes were too generic to use just one.
