Yep, you're always at the mercy of when your sub gets posted...which can be really frustrating. However, back when I was more prolific I found that if you really want to give a good meme the best chance, posting just before lunch on eastern standard time is best, or at least that's what I think. Most users are in the US, and lots of (adult) users check the site at lunch so if you start it at east coast lunch time then you have the best chance for multiple quick upvotes. Then you catch central lunchtime, then mountain lunchtime, then pacific lunchtime, then all the evening folks start logging in and international folks start contributing too. If it's a good meme and people like it then all that exposure gives the best chance for success. I guess that would be around 10:30AM for you, I used to try and post around 11:30AM.
Keep in mind this was when more adults were on the site, kids seem to log on much more randomly...I have no idea how to anticipate when the majority of them would be on. Probably due to my lack of understanding young people, not sure at this point who's harder to understand, them, or women...I'm still gonna say women on that one, yeah that's my final answer, lol.
