Where I come from, homeless people actually go to public bathrooms instead of a busy sidewalk.

Good for your city. I believe with a little thought process and not the stance of bleeding heart political correctness, we could solve the problem of homelessness. But then, again, I run my own business, work for a living and not a lying, thieving politician. LOL. Thank you, for your informative comment.
