Right now we are in a position to take that image down.

I'll leave it up because a) don't wanna put my account in danger and get on OPs bad side. B) they are allowed to have opinions too

Open and shut hypocritical modding here, as his altered version is much more a direct attack than the version I submitted to EAM, but yeah, I agree. Leave it up, keep your cool, let everyone draw their own conclusions. If the best he can manage is reposting someone else’s meme with a couple of faces slapped on it I’m not too concerned.

He’s just not all that good a memer from a technical perspective anyway, I’ve noticed

Basically Olymp can get away with as much as he wants to thanks to his title and ability to retaliate against others even outside his streams.

But the more he bashes kids and reposts hateful imagery, the more he loses respect with the ImgFlip community outside of his own little alt-right clique and the more he potentially puts his own Community Modship in jeopardy.

It's weird that he insists there's no war a day before this goes up.
But oh well

It’s possible they don’t even think adults are capable of waging war or of making propaganda that undermines human rights

The explanation I keep hearing is: “Oh, we’re just trying to get people to laugh and you didn’t get our joke!!”

Where have we seen this before?

Notice any similarities here between the kinds of alt-right memes produced here on ImgFlip this very day against women, Democrats, immigrants, foreigners, transgendered people, etc. “just for the lols” and anti-suffragette memes from 100+ years ago?

I do

We take women’s voting rights for granted today, but anti-suffragette propaganda helped keep women from getting the vote for 70+ years after the Seneca Falls Convention in 1848

What can I say except

The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice

Funny, right?

Well: A lot funnier if you actually share these values

A bar with “nothing but ice cream and pretzels” (reference to the fact many suffragettes were also prohibitionists)

I dunno man, sounds like a party to me

And as a matter of fact the 18th Amendment passed before the 19th Amendment as simple logic would dictate

Hear some plain things and see them too?

Haha: women who fight for justice are ugly!
