I don't even know if I have online friends and I'm not fine with having two friends irl but this virus is ruining my summer and I came here to actually feel welcome.

I agree with this. I'm the kid at school that everyone decides to turn against. I have less than 10 close friends. Imgflip is where I feel welcome.

I was that kid once. Honestly, who wasn’t that kid at one point in time or another?

Some of us adults grew up and forgot. Others remembered.

Thanks for opening up about this. I’m glad you feel welcome here despite the hostility at times.

& social media is especially important in a year when people are more socially isolated in general for reasons beyond their control.
