Henry Ford was a massive anti-Semite and was actually awarded the Grand Cross of the German Eagle by Adolf Hitler. This was in part due to a series of booklets called The International Jew that Ford wrote, which inspired the Nazi Party in its early days. He was also referenced by Hitler in the first edition of Mein Kampf.
Furthermore, a major misconception many people have is that Ford invented the assembly line. He didn't, the inventor was actually Ransom E. Olds who also established the beginnings of the car industry in Detroit(another thing Ford is often miscredited for). What Ford did do was integrate the conveyor belt into the assembly line system, allowing for faster production times.
