The first line of Ms. Chao's official biography, identifies her as Asian. Her Father's company, Foremost Shipping, was originally baseed in Taiwan (China) and is a major shipper of Chinese goods. The family is ethnic Chinese. Mentioning that she is a "Chinese Heiress," is not intended to be a racist comment, but a statement of fact concerning the source of her money. I cannot find anything negative associated with the statement. Of course, if you think "Chinese," in the pejorative, like President Pandemic does, I can see how you made that mistake.
