It appears to be legit lol.
Yeah, that stunt took some bravery, but the bear seems pretty tame

This is my theory. Before the bear could be collared and tagged, it had to be tranquilized. The sticker would have had to be put on at that time. I think it unlikely that somebody would have tranq'ed it again to put the sticker on later. So somebody within the organization had to have done it. It could have been done to stir up trouble (what I think to be the hoax), or the organization has a secret or closet Trump supporter. In any event, the bear wasn't harmed.

Another thing that suggests hoax is the overreaction. "Cruel and 'inhuman'" (should be "inhumane," but whatever). How? More than tranquilizing, bagging and tagging it in the first place, I mean.
