It's like any other platform. There are good users and bad users.

My wife and I watch TikTok every now and then and we don't see any users doing anything bad. Perhaps because it's figured out we don't like that stuff.

If people are gratuitously hurting others or the environment on TikTok just for entertainment or followers then their content should be moderated and their accounts possibly banned.
