He didn't suggest a delay "due to mail-in voting", you fool. He suggested it due to the inherant risk of the Democrats cheating. Vote harvesting by Democrats is a recurring fraud perpetrated against Republican candidates where mail-in voting is allowed. Furthermore, the US Postal Service emplyees are Union memebers, a union that is 100% Democrat (not the members themselves, some are vote Republican, but the Union leaders). Can't trust them with ballots.
